My trolley coin keyring thing arrived yesterday and I just wanted to let y'all know - it's way too big for a tesco trolley - so I'm guessing its the same for Asda, Morrisons et al...what a freakin' ripoff!! I'm in two minds to return the darn thing to Piggie and demand something else instead...or am I being small minded and petty...??

Well, if it doesn't work, then you should definitely complain! What's the good paying for something that doesn't work?!

That's awful - I would definitely return it and tell them it's not "suitable for purpose". I bought one of these several years ago in Tesco - it was a Charity one, run by a kidney charity (I think) - and it only cost me £1. It fits all the trolleys, it's brilliant. So definitely return it.

i don't want to be patronizing and appoligise if you've already done this but it took me a while to sus mine out when i got it, it's not like the other trolley keyrings i've had, that just slot in you have to bash out the inner but which isheld in magnetically and is quite difficukt to get out. it is a bit of a pain and not very user friendly i have to agree

absolutely no need to apologise cdodd ;)it took me ages too to figure it out but I managed it - the problem seems to be that the *coin* is the size of a two pence piece albeit ever so slightly smaller but still too flippin' big for the slot....I've emailed them, pointing out its going to cost me £4.00 odd to return the darn thing by registered post...so - now we'll sit back and wait for their reply...although, I'm not getting my hopes up...

It may be because the pig is based in Ireland, so the trolley coin is a Euro not a pound? Not much use to us here in the UK, but worth keeping for trips to Europe I guess :D

You are not being small minded and petty - I should ask for something else and compensation too ... some pork chops or some bacon would be nice.
