Got two nights in Bath for £9/night in October via the mobile site. Had to take a Sunday and Monday though, £85 for a Saturday was way too steep for me.

    Off to work now.

  • Travelodge Sale??? What Sale? Logged on at 05.50 prior to official 06.00 hours sale start time. The £9 rooms were already available, loads of yellow box £9 rooms showing. As I need to go up to the Midlands every month to attend to an aging grandparent I saved four dates from August to November. However come 06.00 hours couldn't check out. Kept getting the 'travelodge server busy' message. Had to start all over again! Now I couldn't find one £9 room available in the Birmingham area. Find it difficult to believe that 50,000 £9.00 rooms had been booked in the first 5 minutes. Anybody had a similar experience?
