one positive thing a day..

Some of the recent posts on here have made me realise how hard it is for most of us to cope with the whole debt/BR situation. The every day struggles can really get us down, so I thought maybe we could do something to counteract this and aim to do one positive thing a day, so even when life seems to be at it's darkest we can say
"ok, life is a bit crap at the moment but today I managed to do ...."
I don't know about anyone else but I always get great satisfaction from doing something that I have been putting off for ages, like the ironing :rotfl:so from today I aim to do at least one positve thing a day, to help me to keep smiling
