    Well, I'm back from seeing the Cambridge Diet lady, I have a variety of shakes and soups, and start tomorrow morning :T :D
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    I think it's gone really quick! We've had 3 births I think since the last meet - Nanny Bookie, Cat's baby and now Mrs Lenny has had Harry!

    I've tried dieting for so long, I think I need to have a complete break from food. I seem to use it for everything....if I've had a bad day, if I'm upset, if I'm sad, if I'm stressed etc

    Time for a change ;)
