MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com
• Hi am a mortgage adviser so can give you advice. But, what you do next will depend on your current circumstances, i.e. who you are currently with as there may be existing customer deals etc, need to be aware of any redemption charges and then the other associated costs of getting another deal need to be taken into consideration. If you need any further clarification let me know.

ltv very good so if you have paid your mortgage each month and have good credit reference should be no problem.
You are looking at 3.99/4.5% for 5 year fix
