Hi all,
We are emigrating to Oz next year, we will be able to pay off the mortgage (£56,000) so don't require an endowment to pay off the shortfall. I know nothing about all this, so could anyone tell me if we should hang on to the endowment until the rates rise again or not? Also, can anyone recommend any sites/companies to use if we sell?
Many thanks
Liz
