1. The winner will be chosen on May 29th 2009 and contacted by email.
2. The weekend must to be taken before end of August 2009 and toptable will need at least 30 days notice.
3. Terms and conditions apply and are subject to hotel restrictions. Subject to availability.
4. Prize is for two adults.
5. Flights to Rome will be selected by toptable and from a London airport.
6. Accommodation based on two people sharing twin/double standard room. Other than where stated, food is not included.
7. Meal at Antica Pesa restuarant is up to the value of €150 anything above this will be paid by the prize winner.
8. The prize will be booked by a dedicated toptable representative of toptable and is subject to availability
9. Employees of toptable.co.uk ltd or any agency that is connected with the promotion or members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the promotion.
10. There is no cash alternative.
11. Winners must fulfill their booking - if the booking is cancelled or the winner does not show up, they will no longer be eligible for the prize.
