Cheapest postage in NI?

Hi folks -

Have to send a fairly heavy item over to England (PS2, controllers etc). Can anyone tell me what is the cheapest way to do it, where it would be avilable etc. I dont care how long it takes (within reason) but i really need to have guaranteed delivery/tracking number on it.

Did you try City link beside the International Airport, or Express Parcels in Lisburn, I have use both and they were quite good, or good old Parcel Force ?

i'm in belfast city centre so by the time i got to either of those places any money i would have saved would be burnt up in petrol.

I've priced parcel force and royal mail, unfortunately the cheapest price i can get is £19.00!!!

standard parcels should be £10 for anything under 10 kilos... that should cover a ps2? you can pay a little extra to insure it.
