hi has anyone any advice re the above. at xmas time i took out a secured loan with welcome finance through blue sky finance brokers.
they sent me a flyer offering me £100 cash back if i completed before xmzs eve which i did. i have rung nearly every week since and been fobbedof each time. today i rang and apparently blue sky no longer excisit.
to make matters worse i do not have the paperwork offering the £100. welcome finance say its nothing too do with them and yes finance who now answer when i ring the blue sky number say it has nothing to do with them. anyone any suggestions
thanks
jane

To be frank, if the promise of a £100 cash back was enough to get you to put your home at risk with a secured loan, you need more help than you will get here.

(cut 'n paste from Companies house...)

If so as you will see the company was dissolved 10th March 2009 this year. Any money you gave them is unlikely ever to come back.

Any money they owe you is unlikely to arrive with you, although you could write to the liquidator if there is one.. (not sure if a dissolved company has one - anyone help guys?). Alternatively for one British pound (£1) you can get the home addresses of the directors and go visit them.

Probably won't get anything but it might make you feel better.

What was it you wanted from them?? Was it that Blue Sky?? There are several with similar names - an address or 'phone number might help...

    Cheers & Good luck

if we were all as expert at finances there would be no need for this site. then you would have too find some other place too annoy people who are not fortunate as you to be so gifted
