I recently applied for a cabin crew job with EasyJet and was accepted for their assesment day
I'm posting on here to see if anyone has ever been on an assesment day for an airline to see what it's really like, anything similar would be helpful too.
I am quite young still so I haven't been on anything quite like it before just wondering what it's like really ie. the number of people attending etc.
I have quite a bit of info on what kind of things they look out for and that but like I say anything that you think may be of use probably will be so please share
Thanks

yes I have mistyarthur :T
when I went for it though, with another airline, I found it quite nerve racking, I passed the first stage and had to go back for the 2nd, but competition is tough. You dont know what kind of people they are really looking for, so you dont know whether to be bold and brash and show you can be a natural born leader, or be a bit quiter and show that you can follow instructions and dont mind working under people.
I know 2 girls who have been air stewardesses, one shy, the other outgoing, so I would say just be yourself
The only thing I didnt like is that I had to stand up in front of 16 strangers and talk about myself for 2 minutesand you have to do role plays
How you do depends on your level of confidence, but wish you all the luck and fingers crossed you do well :j xxxxx0
