You borrow money to pay for a course, that has to be paid back on completion of the course not when you can afford to pay it back.

I took out a career developement loan about 14 years ago through Barclays bank, and i wish i hadn't as like others have said it is paid back when you complete the loan not when you get a job.
I took out £1500 i think and was due to pay £250 a month when i finished the course, obviously at the time i assumed i would be working, but sadly no job so i couldn't keep up the repayments, this in turn !!!!!!ed up my credit score and it is still !!!!!!ed now.
Unless you are certain you will be able to pay it back at the end of your course then i would stay clear.
