I completed my purchase of a right-to-buy property (First Time Buyer) from my council this February.
So far, aside from my solicitors bill & all the Mortgage paperwork from the bank.
I havent recieved anything to say this property is now mine.
Is there any thing else I need to have?
Does someone have a checklist etc. of what a homeover should have regarding onwership rights to the property??
Please Help!
