Can't seem to get a good remortgage rate

Feeling very frustrated. I have had a mortgage for about ten years and have never defaulted. I'm just coming out of a 2 year fixed deal at 5.25% and can't seem to get a better rate. Its really frustrating. My LTV would be about 82% as I had to buy my ex out a couple of years back. Does anyone know where I can find a decent rate for this sort of value of loan?

I think you are going to struggle to find something you will be happy with.
Best thing you can do is check with your friendly neighbourhood Mortgage Consultant.
If theres something better out there he/she will find it.I am a Mortgage Adviser
