30-40% LTV, better deals?

Hi,
I notice that most offers talk about being 60,75 or so LTV. We are in the position of having around 30% LTV on a 23 year term, are we likely to be able to negotiate a better deal or are the lenders deals fixed within LTV boundaries?

A good question.
Some people are in this very fortunate position, but I too have never seen anything below 60%Space available for rent0 -
My LTV is less than 30% and the only deals I could find were 60% and under - fair enough really as the risk is around the same for the lender.0
