    But the smoked salmon fillet is lovely - top with pesto, slices of lemon and a slice of parma ham and shove in the oven (drools!!!)

    Orrrr u can highlight the text you want and right click...click copy...then when u find where you want to put it...right click again and click paste.

    BTW> I bought the Waitrose offer last time they did it. Got it home and realised I didn't have a microwave oven. I am but a fool.
