I sent the above a full and final offer letter 2 weeks agao still no reply....has anyone got an address that they sent theres to with a reply?

    I have just written a post about MBNA settlement ,they have wrote to me asking to write some of my debt off .At the top of the letter it has come from the address which leixlip1 says address to -customer assistance Limited
