Have ordered from Boffer and their sister site Bigpockets and have NEVER had a problem. Been a bigpockets customer for 8+ years off and on.

I've ordered plenty of stuff from boffer only had one problem with not recieving an item, when I contacted them they sent out another item and I recieved it the next day - Cant say fairer than that!

I've ordered a couple of "Bags of Crap" from boffer too and was more than happy with the last one - 2gb ATMT mp3 player - DAB/CD mini hi fi system and a headphone splitter , well worth the £6.99 I paid for it

I've ordered from Boffer and never had a problem. In fact, I've just ordered the Arsenal MP3 player for a friend's American son-in-law - I think he'll get a kick (excuse the pun) out of having this as he is enamoured of much of British culture.
