France / UK Income Tax arrangements

I live in France and have done so, full time, since 2005
I receive a UK pension from my former employer which is taxed at BR
My investments are also taxed in the UK
I now have my UK state pension which does not deduct any tax.
I return all these to the French authorities and they provide me with a tax bill.
What allowances should I be due (i) in the UK and (ii) in France
Should I be paying both French and UK taxes on all sources and, if not where should I be taxed on each item of income?
Thanks in anticipation

It sounds as if you are resident in France in which case you should not be paying tax on your UK pension. Have you claimed non residence?£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0

Thanks for the reply.

I haven't.
How do I go claiming non- residence and what documents do I need for this?
Would this give me tax free in UK on my pension and savings.
What about my state pension? Is this taxable in France?
I have heard it is not taxable but you can't believe everything you hear !!0 -
You need to complete form P85 which is downloadable from www.hmrc.gov.uk.
I 'm afraid I know nothing about French tax.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0 -

Has anyone else any experience of French Taxation?0 -
All of your income is taxable in France. As you say, you return the details and get a bill.0

Some pensions are taxed in UK not France, civil servants for example. Ask on this forum and "Pom" will probably give you a full answer.
