WH Loans - anyone heard of them?

Has anybody heard of this company before, they took £39.99 from my bank account last year without my authorisation, I even asked the advisor 3 times over the phone that no money would be taken from me and 10 minutes later it was out of my account.
Anyway, I emailed them last year and surprise surprise no response so I emailed them again last night and there isn't even so much as a conformation email. There is also no written address on the website. Any ideas?

well at the time I wasnt aware of any of the above and I was in a desperate situation. I've not asked for help to be treated like im stupid, Im simply looking for some useful aid on the situation.

Lesson learned then.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.
