I just rang, I asked if they could do a swap out as it hasn't been taken out of the box but that isn't an option. They'll send a package out and then I have to ring DHL and arrange collection. This won't be until the 5th May

oh mine is one of those it HD7816 . It actually leaks a bit
So does mine and funnily enough DH was only saying to me at the weekend I should contact them about it! (I didn't win it though, I purchased it from Argos before Xmas)

Has anyone managed to register on the site today? It says it will try 11 attempts; tried first thing this morning and no joy, been out all day so just tried again and still nothing. Looks like there are a lot of people out there with faulty machines!

Your case number is IT-senseo-******. Should you wish to contact Philips at any point during the repair process, you will be asked for this case number so that we can identify you. Please retain this email or write down the case number for easy access.

    Repair Process

To ensure that your Senseo coffee maker is safely transported to our repair facility, Philips will dispatch a transportation package to the address confirmed above. Please follow the packing instructions closely to safeguard your appliance.

    - If you pre-selected a delivery date for the transportation package during the registration process, we will do our utmost to ensure that the box is delivered to you on the requested day. However, in rare instances, due to circumstances beyond our control, it is possible that we will not be able to deliver the transportation package on the selected date. Philips cannot be held liable for claims caused by missing the delivery date.

    - If you did not pre-select a delivery date for the transportation package during the registration process, a mail will be sent to inform you about the upcoming delivery of the transportation package. Philips aims to send the transportation package to you within 4 weeks.

In both cases an email will be send to you approximately 3 days before the transportation box has been dispatched to you to remind you of its delivery due date.

Please follow the instructions sent with the box to safely package your Senseo® appliance for transport to our repair facility.

Once we have received your appliance, it will be repaired within 12 working days after you have delivered it to the drop off point. Your Senseo coffee maker will be returned to the above shown address.

    Decalcify your Senseo®

In the next days a decalcification package will be send to your registered address. We advises to decalify your machine before further use. Decalcification instructions are listed in the user manual that has been supplied with the product or on http://www.descaleyoursenseo.co.uk or can be requested at the Philips Call Center

For any other question, visit our website http://www.senseorepair.co.uk or or contact the Philips Consumer Care, tel. 08003316090.

We wish to thank you for your cooperation and regret any inconvenience this may cause.
