Hi there guys on the homepage of babyworld there is an add for a free clearblue sample...

Scroll down a little and it is on the right hand side.

It says survey but TBH there is about the same amount of Q's as a normal freebie name address etc the only difference is that it asks about trying for a baby. that i am not... just blooming had one... but doens't hurt to have one knocking about in the bathroom cupboard

Everyone who is selected to receive a free Clearblue® product for trial will be asked to complete a feedback survey which will be distributed by email to all recipients of free products. All those recipients who complete the feedback survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 worth of vouchers for Space NK , the White company or Boden. If you receive a free Clearblue® product but do not complete the feedback survey by 23/05/09 you will not be entered for the prize draw.

Direct links dont work as they have a differnt url-thingy for each person that clicks! one sec....
