Help - First Time Buyer
mortgage-confused
Hi All, Can someone please offer some advice on the following. Basically my girlfriend and myself are looking at buying a house (first time buyers). Between us we earn £29000. The house we are looking at is up for £99000 but we know we can get them down to £92000. We need to do minor work on it (add a new boiler etc) which we estimate will cost about 4500 and can borrow off family. Do you know where we stand with a mortgage for the full purchase price (£92000) or possably a bit more to cut down on the family loan? Any help on the best deals would be much appreciated.
cheers guys

Without knowing anything about your details difficult to say however you should be able to find lenders offering you 100% mortgages.
You can even find several lenders that will offer 100%+ mortgages.
Whether or not they are suitable for you is a different matter and should be looked at closelyI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. When we were first looking into which mortgage to go for I went and bought a copy of 'what mortgage', there are other magazines to chose from now.
It helps to have the main deals available written down and then you can chose the best to suit your requirements, or expand your search.something missing0
