Free gift from LoveFilm

Hi all. Sorry if this isnt posted in the right place, but i didnt know where else to post.

I started a free trial with LoveFilm just over a month ago because they were offering a free bottle of Baileys....yum. The terms and conditions said it would be dispatched 28 days from you taking your first film. As yet I havent received anything. I did email them and they said they would chase it up, but as yet nothing........

My niece did the same a while back when they were offering a free ipod shuffle and she said she never recieved that either.

Has anyone else taken up the trial and recieved the free gift as I know there were a few different offers going around.

According to the t&c's
1. Visit lovefilm.com/baileyslounge
2. Put in your details and quote your unique code from your baileys lounge account (Mine is in the format of 3 letters then 4 numbers 'BAY4**9')
3. Choose at least 10 dvd's
4. Your Baileys Voucher will be sent to you within 30 days of your first dvd being despatched.

Yep thats what i did at the time as the offer was through an email i had from baileys. I was just wondering whether Lovefilm do this alot and offer gifts that people never get?

i had to argue with them for my cinema tickets and only got 2 (instead of four) as a good will gesture....hmmm

I signed up to lovefilm around a year ago - never did get the free ipod shuffle they promised!
