I have gone 2 days without spending, although not recently!Became debt free in 2007 after having £15k of debt. Have been a stranger to MSE and now want to get back into my old MSE habits and save, save, save0 -

I think three from memory...
but mostly its one or two a week...

I think my record is 6 days - but that was when I was a student, had no money in the bank or in cash so I didn't have a choice! Makes it easier to have a no spend day when you have literally nothing to spend!
I think my record now that I'm working is 3 days. Getting more than 1 is rare these days though!0
