    Every market and every country being linked like it now is wrong, its a sign that the growth was incorrect because in every transaction there is a seller and buyer so everyone losing so much money all at once shouldnt happen in a proper capitalist system (imo)


    Speculation counts for alot and things like the british currency. I think we've lost alot of foreign money, hopefully it'll come back if the economy is proven stable

    Strength in the AUD is pretty good for Aus right now as Australia's exports earn more for Australian exporters, offsetting falling prices. As Australia is a reliable and efficient exporter of primary goods her exports do ok in the face of higher FX rates.
