Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into this prize draw can only be made online at www.lizearle.com/dailyessentials and www.lizearle.ie/dailyessentials between 2 and 30 April 2009 and completion and submission of the online entry form constitutes acceptance of the prize draw terms and conditions.
2. Entrants must be eighteen years of age or over. Employees of Liz Earle Beauty Co. Ltd, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. All entrants must have and provide a UK or Republic of Ireland full postal address.
4. All entries must be received by 11.59pm BST on 30 April 2009. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries which are late, lost or incomplete.
5. The first 100 entries selected by Liz Earle Beauty Co. Ltd at random on or after 1 May 2009 will each receive a white beauty bag containing one Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser 100ml with two muslin cloths, one Instant Boost Skin Tonic 200ml and one Skin Repair Moisturiser 50ml (each winner may select one from normal/combination, dry/sensitive and combination/oily skin).
6. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Only one entry per person.
8. No purchase necessary.
9. There are no cash alternatives: prizes must be accepted as offered. Liz Earle Beauty Co. Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Winners will be notified and their prizes despatched within 14 days of the prize draw closing.
