CSA-Should I have heard anything yet?

Hi, I applied 6to the csa about 3 weeks ago now, after calling my ex'es bluff. He told me to go to the CSA for more money as they would agree that £240.00 per month out o his £36k Income for 4 kids Is far too much:rolleyes:.

Well ex has told DS, they contacted him and they have said I'm just doing this to be spiteful, as I wont get to keep It all -the government will take half of any assesment-I work and I doubt a case officer would have made such comments:rolleyes:

So, should the CSA have contacted me by now, or Is It because I said I don't won't them to collect payments from him, perhaps why I've heard nothing? Do they only contact you once they've made a decision, or do they let you know whats going on, each step of the way? Thanks

They will only let you know the amount calculated but there is nothing to stop you asking. By the sounds of things he won't pay anyway so you may end up having to ask them to collect for you.
