I am with others when the recommened salt of sugar, this is what i use and have done for years...none of the shop bought exfoliaters are as good as sugar it really scrubs you clean lol and those scrubby gloves are good too....I got mine for 99p from Savers and i love them(they are also good for an itch too lol).

I'm another advocate of the exfoliating gloves.

I just use them with whatever shower gel I have (currently some FCUK body souffle that I got for Christmas - it smells amazing :j) and then, when I remember, I layer on the moisturiser when I come out.

I love my gloves. I use a pair in the shower and another pair I use dry for exfoliating my legs before I epilate - helps lift all hairs and helps stop the ingrowing hairs

The gloves rock!! I bought a purple pair from a clearance bin in Asda perhaps 5 years ago for 10p!! Without doubt, with a nice shower gel, the best body exfoliators (well for MSE folk x x x )
