Whereas we've ordered quite a few things from them, always received them super quick and never had any issues what so ever. You get what you pay for - some of the freebie stuff isn't top notch quality stuff, but then it's free, so you can't really complain, and the listings I have always found to be very thorough. If you don't agree with a product and you contact them, they give you a refund (happened to someone I know - won't go as far as calling them a friend as such).
You can't please all of the people all of the time....
