Need a serious kick up the bum!

I'm in need of some help/motivation/a kick up the bum!
I have the best intentions of paying off my debts, and they're slowly getting down, but I have more disposable income than I'm throwing at my debts. I know there's money that's being spent on things that are not necessarily needed right now that we could be paying off the cards.
Sadly, I'm worse than my OH at the frivolous spending
At the moment we're putting maybe $300-$400 per week on the cards, when we could be putting $550-$600 depending on my overtime. And the money just seems to go nowhere.

I need to:
- Keep a spending diary for everyday spending
- Go back to making my lunch and taking it to work
- NOT buy magazines etc
- LEAVE MY CREDIT CARD AT HOME!!

TRy the debt snowball (the link is on the thread for newbies). It gives you a repayment plan depending on how much you can spare each month and it turned my debt of over £40000 intoa three year problem - ie I could see an end to it - give it a shot!
If nothing else then you feel as if you are moving a step closer.
