LCD TV / DVD Combo - Suggestions please?

I'd love a LCD / DVD combo 17" to 20" - but must have the DVD opening to the top or left (due to the location). Not too worried about the make - as long as its less than 60cm wide (cause its going on the side of a kitchen unit) and ideally less than £300. Maybe slightly more for a decent one.
