Today isn't a bank holiday!! When I was younger I worked for Menzies the newsagents. The girls who worked on Bank holiday Monday got double time, I worked on Easter Sunday, but it is not officially a Bank Holiday - banks dont open on a Sunday, so I didn't get paid any extra. I was so annoyed by this that I left!! What a load of jobsworths!!!Laid off ~ it's a bank holiday that's all!

doh, i went traipsing to the local asda as needed to buy a specific branded egg for the kids, only to find it closed so two unhappy people in the house after that journey!!0
