Loans over seas

i am thinking about getting surgery overseas, but obviously dont have £10,000 spare change lying around the house so need to get it on finance. do i get the finance abroad or do i get it here. i dont understand how it all works. if i do get it there, what do i need to do. wouldnt like to get all the way there and find that i do not have the right paperwork or things. anyone help me? ps this is not vain cosmetic surgery it is a very important procedure but has a very long waiting list on nhs, so i think it would be better to go private xx

    You are not likely to get a loan overseas. If you can’t/won’t pay, they will have no leverage against you at all.
    You are ‘credit worthy’ only in the country you reside in and have your assets.

    You would need to get a loan in the UK (where they can check your status) and take the money with you (or transfer it).
    10k is an enormous amount of money and will take many years to repay.

    Start saving, luv.

    It's not hard. My student boyfriend and I (i work full time) managed to save £2.5k for a new bathroom in 10 months.

    I think the OP is trolling.

    OP bad credit history, partner awful credit history but wants...

    a £10K loan for surgery overseas AND another loan for a house deposit.
