Bookie, I think the train is a lovely gift. :)

I am doing Sunday lunch with a difference due to the fact that I forgot to do the shopping this week, so we are having baked fish, roast potatoes, carrots and sweetcorn.....that doesn't really go together does it? :rotfl:

I was thinking I might make a Manchester Tart (morning Spud  ;)) too but I'm not sure if you can use the spreadable butter I have for baking.

I rarely bake, and when I do, I use ready made pastry.....how bad!!!

I am feeling quite perky today, I LOVE Easter, when I was younger we used to have such a good time at church and then come home to Easter Eggs.

Today we have my sister coming over for dinner so I have lots to do cos the house must be spotless...................but hey ho

So I am off for a shower and then regardless of the weather I have to get out in the garden. Hopefully I shall be back here about 10.30 to do some debt busting

Lenny I too am watching MOTD, so sad today so don't think I 'll watch the rest of it.

oo I must text my sister. right guys see you later

morning all. Just got to see Susan Boyle (cheers Toto for you tubing it ;) ) and wow, amazing.....

Just a normal day here. We have the 2 easter eggs left by my Mum and Dad sitting here, Flake or a Creme Egg one. I'll do a roast dinner tonight - chicken, chipolatas, stuffing, potatoes, veg, gravy. Don't normally do Sunday roast, just whatever I fancy cooking but might as well as it's Easter.

Hayfever is really starting to kick in each morning very early this year :(

Going to apply for that job today and then do some AQA. I'm glad the stores have to close today.

Maz - I think you may already be pounding the streets - but GL GL GL! I am so proud of you for doing what you say you are going to do - and then doing it - you are fantastic.
