yeah, it was glorious! too hot for running....

Other than losing my phone it's been a brill day....

went for a swim in the afternoon and then out for tea with runchum rachel, her hubby and her mam n dad.... well i had a good weigh in, so decided i could afford to let myself have a nice meal out to celebrate, both the run and the weigh in!
