Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

You are stuck with the mortgage. It sounds as if she wants to return to the home with YOUR children - so you will surely be happy to stay on the mortgage to ensure they have a secure home. Kids are for life and a million times more important to me than any new girlfreind with her needs would be.

I bought children into the world and I'll damn well see it through and put thier needs way above mine no matter what.

    Cheers for the parenting tip.

Believe me when I say my main concern is my children. I have offered more than she would be entitled to via the CSA and as much as I can afford. The issue I have is that she wants the UK mortgage covered in addition to maintenance payments. This I cannot afford hence the question.

Do not judge unless you know all the facts and believe me in this instance there are a million of those and I do not care to share them on an internet forum. The question was regarding my mortgage and not my parenting skills.
