To be safe it is better to open account after BR to be sure, a few have had a problem with accounts opened before, but only a few

Most courts it is done and dusted the same day, i have seen posts where they submitted the forms and had to go back the following day, but again thats not the norm, it just seems one or two courts have decided to do it that way:confused:

Unfortuanatly the posters who have had to go back have not mentioned which courts
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

each court has its own way for appointents or some are just walk in,done the same day yet others have to wait a bit longer so its best to give them a ring and ask,and yes once you walk out of the court you are clear of all your debts, thats it,you will just get a phone call a week or so later from the OR to ask you a few questions on the form you handed in and to see if you have any money left over after all your expenses are paid eg food rent etc if you have any left you might have to pay some each week for up to 3 years but they do leave you with enough to live on as its ment to be a new start, some pay nothing, like I said most courts do BR a little differant but the main facts are the same at each court.

I opened my bank account straight after going BR got the account number there and then but the OR did ask when I went to court which account my wages where paid into and as it was nationwide she said they were good with BRs and might not close it and as it didn't have any money in the account that she wasn't interested in that account and would fax them to say so,
