i ordered last night, got confirmation e mail, this evening had another e mail to say it's out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock so they have have refunded the money back to my card. Oh well

Just had a phone call from wilkinsons and they are having huge problems. It was a very odd call.
She said hello this is anna from xxx store i am ringing to tell you your football game is in. Me: ok but i ordered it to be sent to xxxx store your store is over 40 miles away from me. She then shouted for another lady without saying i am passing you over or anything, and i heard her say to her ive got a bleeping another one here and then another lady came on the phone and said what's the problem.
I said i don't know you rang me. She got a bit mardy and argued that she hadn't rung me and finally said well i didn't someone else must have so what's wrong? Again said i don't know all i know is that you rang me to say football table in but that's not the right store.
She said oh i will ring you back and put the phone down.


I know they may be in a mess but taking it out on me doesn't help.
