You weren't to know, Linda, so no need to apologise, it was worth posting!

I thought it might help people to make up their minds whether or not to take up what seems like a good offer if they had a bit of history on the company they would be dealing with.

I certainly won't be but some might be prepared to take a chance

with reference to the original thread about YR, I had no end of trouble, parcel took about 2 weeks, but i complained and eventually they sent the missing item and credited my account with £10 which they should have deducted as a discount. BUT they credit such amounts to your yves rocher account rather than back to your card >:(
At least i had a free shopping bag and a set of toiletry bags from them, and enough little bits and pieces for small xmas presents, but i too will hesitate before dealing with them again.
