offers of payments

Hi Guys
Just a quick question, I'm currently in the process of sending letters to my creditors asking for them to accept reduced payments, so far I have sent 3 and all 3 have accepted, like most of you I would also prefer to have contact with them via mail only as I get confused easily on the telephone when I don't have all of my paper work in front of me, as they always seem to call when I'm working and as I am self employed it can be rather embarrasing if I am with a customer at the time of the call.
Would it be possible to send a letter with the reduced payments letter asking for contact via mail only that will not get their backs up to much, as I would hate for them to refuse my offers in revenge for me asking for contact by mail only, if that makes any sense at all lol.
Thanks In Advance
And Happy Easter

If you still haven't sent the letters, I would just add this sentence at the bottom.
Please note that I wish to communicate strictly in writing on this important matter.
If they don't play ball, then you can up the ante with template letters - but I agree - template letters could be aggressive at this stage.BSC No 248
