no but I saw a machine that does this advertised in the Mail at Maplins for about 130 or so hth.

If you know anyone with a combi video/DVD player they would be able to do it really easily. I've done all of ours, and it just takes a bit of time...

My OH was able to connect his old video player to our DVD recorder to copy his videos to DVD. Don't ask me how he did it ... but I can find out if it helps.

If you don't have DVD recorder perhaps you know someone who has one who wouldn't mind lending it to you for a while?

Let me know if you want me to ask 'the expert' what cables he needed etc. I'm sure it's easy enough to do and would save you the expense of spending £130.
