I don't find the spam much of a problem at all. We got wedding invitations, magnets, thank you cards, pens, T-shirts etc from them last year and they were all fantastic! Really good quality and brilliant prices. I agree the shipping is expensive if you want it quick but you can't really complain.Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.:hello:0 -
I've heard a lot of horror stories from them, with regards to continuing to take charges from accounts, etc, so would be hesitant to use them, myself.0

It offers you the chance to subscribe to a service when you first place an order. Most people who have had the problems you mentioned have actually signed up to that service because they ticked all the boxes without reading them first.
If you email customer services and ask them if you are subscribed to anything, they respond pretty quickly and are really helpful.
I didn't have a single problem with them
