Yes, think I will redub them 'Legion' as they appear to have quite a few heads, but one body. Quite like a few other creditors I have encountered this last year or so. Bit like opening Pandora's Box.
Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. A tactic is to pass the buck from office to office and town to town.When I gave the name/phone no and office of the bloke dealing with my complaint they initially denied even the existence of the office, then it was 'Well I've worked here for 18 months and never heard of him ' ! This was after I'd pointed out that the non-existent office was one of their major offices As regards the account nos I've been passed on from office to office -all over the Uk.0
