Hi all,
Way back at the start of March I won tickets to a gig here in Glasgow and a goody bag. I was told this goody bag would be posted to me by the venue, but I have still to receive it.
I have constantly been in touch with the editor of the magazine I won it from, and he has been looking into it for me, but says that the venue are refusing to give him some kind of answer.
I feel that this isn't really getting anywhere, and even the editor isn't getting any kind of response, which makes me think that my chances of receiving my goody bag is slim.
Was wondering if any of you lovely people could advise whether there is some form of agency or something where I could complain to about this? As i find it unfair that the venue uses such competitions to promote their gigs, without actually sticking to their side of the bargain.
Thanks guys!
