  • I have tried to check out but after I try to redeem the free p&p code it asks for a 16 digit code as printed on the gift certificate. Can anyone help? Also it is now 20 free prints not 30.

Just put down the code, then click "next", no need to click the "gift certificate", it will ask to confirm at the very last stage, so you can make sure it is free.
