Payday UK, partner who moved out took out loan here

Just after a bit of quick advice please, not sure if this is the right place, my partner who moved out a month ago has taken out a loan with paydayuk at my address (borrowed 400, needs to payback 500), I have just got a letter this morning to say his debit card payment has failed, i know this because he requested a replacement card. All I want to know is how will this company chase this, am I likely to get visits to the house?

I'm currently in a situation where I also owe money to payday uk. I took the loan out in September and in October when I should have paid it back in full, I rolled it over by paying the interest.
I then lost my job so couldn't pay anything and I buried my head in the sand for a few weeks. They started by trying to telephone me at home and on the works number I gave them. They then sent me a letter asking me to contact them. They then passed it on to a debt collection company who sent me letters in the post and emails, as well as trying to contact me by phone.
I'm now paying back in installments through Payday UK and not the debt collection company.:j BSC Supporter 290 :jDreading but looking forward to BR date- 27/10/09 @ 9:30am****No. 1 October 2009 Club*****Previously known as *br* on MSE**0 -
