You'll have to forgive me this evening but the chav neighbours from hell have moved in next door and have been having a party all this evening with the usual excuse for loud music. Wouldn't mind if they'd just ask their neighbours if we/they minded the racket out of courtesy/politeness. Not a care in the world. However, if they do it regularly it'll get reported to my council cos not putting up with it. Just moved in, too and rented. Not a very good first impression, then and also a sure fire way to make your new neighbours not like you from day one. And not going to knock on their door cos they'll sic their kids on me, no doubt. Just really don't care about anyone else do they these people? Then threaten all sorts if you complain about their behaviour or point out it's unacceptable. Never mind pit bulls. :D
Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

Well, had to escape into the spare room earlier ... was watching BGT, didn't even bother with Casualty cos of the racket. As you can appreciate my mood, energy levels aren't very 'rosy' right now. It's the rudeness that gets me about these things. They just assume no one will mind the noise and just do it.

TBH, if I was a LL I simply wouldn't rent to people who did this all the time. Might be money but you've got to think about the people living the area I think. And how they feel having to put up with their new tennants.

Headphones & some favourite tunes seems to drown out the noise. I had noisy neighbours in a house I owned years back....theres no-one you can complain to other than the actual neighbours when you own the property. Needless to say they did`nt agree with me :o:confused:

Then I had kids so I let them make as much noise as they liked....revenge was sweet :D:D

Btw Merlin....I`m with FP....are you bartender tonight?

I don't know, I want to throw up again like yesterday afternoon. I would go downstairs to get water, but that noise just drives me up the damn wall right now. Fortunately, I have a glass up here, so can get some in the bathroom. Just sudden, wanting to vomit again.

Well, that was a good start. Go to get water in the bathroom, fall against the wall instead. Hmmm. Got water now. Just not expecting to fall sideways suddenly like that.

What did you want to drink anyway? I have headphones on listening to my favourite song right now: I'll Find My Way Home by Yes.
