Bad day for me today !! can`t seem to pull myself together .....wish it was all over!
Had some court letter saying that they judged CCJ in favour of the loan company & that I have to pay all or they will sieze goods!!
Wanted to delay Br until work contract finishes to see if I can get an early retirement....may not have a choice now!!....soooo stressed at the moment.
Forget the glass of whisky....give me the bottle!!

Ouch!!! How long have they given you 'to pay'?I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Its `Judgement for claimant after determination`form N30(2)....says payment due `forthwith`. The address is the old property though which is empty & not repossessed yet.
