Have dropped him an email. Wish I knew whether I was going to be offline or not. When he pops back, give him a hug from me will ya (ok, so you've not got the sexy underwear but he'll get the general drift). Thanks for that Bat, I hadn't seen it before you did the link.

Had some court letter saying that they judged CCJ in favour of the loan company & that I have to pay all or they will sieze goods!!

Wanted to delay Br until work contract finishes to see if I can get an early retirement....may not have a choice now!!....soooo stressed at the moment.

Ouch!!! How long have they given you 'to pay'?
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Its `Judgement for claimant after determination`form N30(2)....says payment due `forthwith`. The address is the old property though which is empty & not repossessed yet.
