Nevermind....age is a mind thing....in my head I`m going to be 35 until I die...don`t know whyI see some people I went to school with & they are soooo old mentally & I just don`t want to be like them.
MBDF....I can`t even remember 23 !!!....but I remember I was in debt even then .....so at least you have an opportunity to learn from your mistakes
Thats excatly it. i think i've learnt my lesson young. So i "should" still have time to save and buy a house in the future (if i ever want to, at the moment renting is a better deal for me anyway)In for a penny in for a pound :j0 -

No point when you dont have the time to enjoy them.
Instead i now have a wee house, older car and in either 1 year or 3 years time (BR or TD) i'll be debt free and be able to move on with life.
I was given a gift from guys at work the other day, crystal champagne flutes. I was going to use them when the house was finished, but i think i'l save them for debt free day instead
Ok, i have had a few, after a git of a day:rolleyes:, but that post sums up why i stick around;)
