    Thats excatly it. i think i've learnt my lesson young. So i "should" still have time to save and buy a house in the future (if i ever want to, at the moment renting is a better deal for me anyway)

    Took my little one to see A Christmas Carol at pics today, she needed the loo so I missed the end. What you been upto SSA?

    Been a walk today....only a couple of miles on a rainy moor above Chatsworth. Mainly to get some photographs but the light was terrible. Still not warmed up either...it was freezing!! brrrr
