I received my water bill yesterday (im metered) to find out im in credit by £352!! I called them up and it seems back in december when they called me to put up my direct debit they should have called me to put it down! anyhow, i dont even remember getting a bill in april at all, this bill is from april to october.. I have asked for the money back and demanded my direct debit is now reduced.. I was discharged in July but do i need to let anyone know about this as some of it was from during my BR? I have no IPA.. £352 is a lot of money to me and will pay for my christmas shopping!! just want to make sure I can keep it.. they will be paying it direct into my account but can take 28 days.. still in time for christmas though!0 -
